中文摘要:目的：研究菜头肾的化学成分。方法：综合运用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱及制备高效液相色谱等方法，对菜头肾提取物进行化学成分分离纯化，利用理化性质和NMR波谱特征进行结构鉴定。结果：从中分离鉴定了7种成分，分别为cornoside（1）、（-）-（2R）-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-{2-methoxy-4［1-（E）-propen-3-ol］phenoxyl}propane-3-ol（2）、benzyl alcohol β-D-（2′-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl）glucopyranoside（3）、腺嘌呤核苷（4）、白桦脂醇（5）、羽扇豆醇（6）、β-谷甾醇（7）。结论：化合物1～5为首次从黄猄草属植物中分离得到。

Studies on Chemical Constituents of Championella sarcorrhiza

Abstract:Objective：To study chemical constituents of Championella sarcorrhiza C.Ling.Methods：The compounds in ethanol extract of Ch.sarcorrhiza were isolated and purified by column chromatography using silica gel，ODS，Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC，and their structures were identified by physiochemical properties and NMR.Results：seven compounds were identified as cornoside（1），（-）-（2R）-1-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-{2-methoxy-4［1-（E）-propen-3-ol］phenoxyl}propane-3-ol（2），benzyl alcohol β-D-（2′-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl）glucopyranoside（3），adenosine（4），Betulin（5），lupeol（6），β-sitosterol（7）.Conclusion：Compounds 1-5 are isolated from the genus of Championella for the first time.
