| 中文摘要:目的：利用气相色谱法建立女宝胶囊特征图谱的质量评价方法。方法：采用气相色谱；DB-FFAP毛细管柱（柱长为30 m，内径为0.25 mm，膜厚度为0.25 μm）；程序升温：初始温度为100 ℃，保持15 min，以8 ℃·min-1的速率升温至220 ℃，保持30 min；进样口温度为240 ℃；检测器温度为260 ℃；载气为氮气，流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果：建立的特征图谱信息丰富，6味含有挥发油类中药材中的16个特征峰分离良好，且重复性和稳定性的RSD均小于1.0%。结论：本研究所建立的方法快速、可靠，且专属性强，适用于全面控制女宝胶囊的质量。 |

| Specific Chromatogram of Nvbao Capsules by GC |

| Abstract:Objective：To establish a specific GC method for quality evaluation of Nvbao Capsules.Methods：GC with DB-FFAP quartz capillary（Length 30 m，inner diameter 0.25 mm，membrane thickness 0.25 μm）was adopted in this study.The GC conditions were set as follows：the initial temperature of 100 ℃ was maintained for 15 minutes，raised to 220 ℃ with the heating rate of 8 ℃·min-1 maintained for 30 minutes.The temperature of inlet and detector were set at 240 ℃ and 260 ℃，respectively.Nitrogen was used as the carrier gas at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.Results：The information of specific chromatogram was abundant，16 characteristic peaks belong to 6 kinds of medicinal materials rich in volatile oil were separated well，and RSD of repeatability and stability were less than 1.0%.Conclusion：The method is fast，simple and reliable，which can be used for the comprehensive quality control of Nvbao Capsules. |
