中文摘要:消除贫困、改善民生，是中国共产党的重要使命。党中央、国务院和各有关部门出台了一系列政策措施，推动扶贫工作的实施。在中药材产业扶贫工作中，各级人民政府、有关单位共同努力，在宏观政策、组织管理、技术支撑和扶贫模式探索等方面开展了大量工作，并取得了阶段性成效。基于贫困县人民政府网站的数据资料，各贫困县在实施中药材产业扶贫工作中，形成了“政府组织+专家技术支撑+特色中药资源+企业带动+贫困户参与”的扶贫模式。

Discussion on Support and Mode of Poverty Alleviation Technology in Chinese Herbal Medicine Industry

Abstract:Eliminating poverty and improving people′s livelihood is an important mission of the Communist Party of China.The Party Central Committee，the State Council，and various relevant departments have issued a series of policy measures to promote the implementation of poverty alleviation work.In the poverty alleviation work of the Chinese herbal medicine industry，the people′s governments at all levels and relevant units have worked together to carry out a lot of work in macroeconomic policy，organization and management，technical support and poverty alleviation mode exploration，and achieved staged results.Based on the data of the website of the poverty-stricken county people′s government，poverty-stricken counties have formed a poverty alleviation model of ″government organization+expert technical support+characteristic Chinese medicine resources+enterprise-driven+poor household participation″ in the implementation of poverty alleviation work in the Chinese herbal medicine industry.
