中文摘要:金水六君煎为国家中医药管理局发布的《古代经典名方目录(第一批)》中的第58号方,由当归、熟地黄、陈皮等7味药组成,主要用于治疗肺肾虚寒证。该方成于明代,距今约400年,临床疗效确切、应用广泛。为追本求源,通过查阅大量文献和相关书籍,从金水六君煎的药材基原、炮制方法、剂量、煎煮方法、临床应用5个方面进行考证,厘清该方历史源流和变迁实况,为金水六君煎的实际开发和研究提供参考。通过研究发现,金水六君煎中药材基原、炮制方法、剂量及临床应用与现在临床应用差异不大,但在制法用法上,关于“煎七八分”存在一定的争议。 |

Research on History Evolution and Prescription of Jinshui Liujun Jian |

Abstract:Jinshui Liujun Jian was the No.58 prescription in the first batch of Ancient Classic Famous Prescriptions issued by the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It was composed of seven herbs including Angelicae Sinensis Radix,Rehmannia Radix Praeparata and Citri Reticulatae Pericapium etc. and was mainly used to cure cold syndrome caused by deficiency of lung and kidney. The prescription was established and widely used in the Ming Dynasty,about 400 years ago,and its clinical effects were definite. This research had verified from five aspects:the original research,processing research,dosage investigation,decoction method,and clinical application of Jinshui Liujun Jian to clarify the historical origin of the recipe and pursue ultimate source by consulting a large number of literatures and related books,which provided a reference for the actual development and research of Jinshui Liujun Jian. It was found that there was little difference between Jinshui Liujun Jian and its current clinical application in terms of its original,processing method,dosage and clinical application. However,there was a certain controversy about the ″seven or eight points of Decoction″ in terms of its preparation and usage. |
