中文摘要:目的 解决白薇饮片及含白薇的制剂女金丸中白薇掺伪的问题。方法 采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别和化学分析方法研究白薇饮片及女金丸中白薇掺伪的问题。结果 按照《中华人民共和国药典》2020年版白薇项下的性状和显微鉴别方法难以区分白薇及其伪品老瓜头,但两者的薄层色谱和高效液相色谱存在明显差异,进一步采用高效液相色谱-离子阱-飞行时间质谱联用仪确认特征色谱峰为β-D-呋喃果糖基-(2→1)-α-D-[6-O-芥子酰基]-吡喃葡萄糖苷。结论 建立的检查方法操作简单、灵敏度高,可为白薇饮片及含白薇制剂的质量提升提供参考。

Identification of Adulterated Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma Decoction Pieces and Nvjin Pill Preparations
Abstract:Objective To resolve the quality problem of adulterated Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma decoction pieces and Nvjin Pill Preparations.Methods The morphological, microscopic, and chemical characteristics of Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma were taken as references for distinguishing between Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma and its adulterant.Result According to the morphological and microscopic characteristics recorded in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2020 edition), we found it difficult to distinguish Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma from its adulterant Cynanchum komarovii. However, the thin-layer chromatography (TLC) and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) revealed significant differences between Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma and its adulterant.HPLC-ion trap-time of flight mass spectrometry demonstrated that β-D-fructofuranosyl-(2→1)-α-D-[6-O-sinapoyl]-glucopyranoside was the characteristic component.Conclusion The established identification method demonstrates simple operation and high sensitivity, providing technical support for the quality control of Cynanchi Atrati Radix et Rhizoma decoction pieces and Nvjin Pill Preparations.
